- Our breads are made of wholesome and pure ingredients that you can pronounce.
- We make our breads from stone ground, certified organic grains and flours (Anita’s Certified Organic Flour Mill).
- We believe in buying locally and using only neccessary amounts of ingredients to make our breads, so that you can enjoy a healthy product for a healthy lifestyle.
- We keep the amount of waste produced by our bakery to a minimum.
We do this because we eat our own bread on a daily basis, together with our children, friends and neighbours and we want to continue doing so for many years to come. Our bread is our life, we share it with those we love and care for and we want to contribute towards the positive growth of our community and our world.
