 Buckwheat is actually  a fruit  seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel, making it a suitable substituste for grains for people who are sensitive to wheat and gluten. Buckwheat has a very earthy flavor and a hardy texture.  
Ingredients: Organic buckwheat flour, organic rice flour, organic flax seeds, sea salt, baking powder, xanthan gum.
